PASTORAL CARE

Christ’s death on the cross brings the believer into an intimate fellowship with God, giving him/her access to the heart of God in a new and living way. Christ promised to be present with the believer in every way during their life on earth.

Prayer is practicing Christ’s presence in your life. It is living in an awareness that His love, care and protection are present to help us in the time of need.

Jesus taught the power of having others praying “for” you and “with” you. Jesus said, “Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matthew 18:18-20)

How do I share a prayer request or meet with a pastor?

“All praise to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy and the God who comforts us. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.” – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Many times in life we…

  • Encounter difficulties that seem overwhelming.
  • Face decisions and are unsure how to best proceed.
  • Need someone to help guide us in how to move forward according to God’s principles.

That’s why the church is here.
