Your children are very important to us at LIFECHANGERS. That's because our desire is to provide a fun and safe environment for kids of all ages to grow in God's love. We believe, every kid should have the chance to be a part of a dynamic children's ministry. NextGeneration is a place for your child to  begin building a strong foundation for life.

 

The overall focus of early childhood (birth—age 5) is building a child’s spiritual foundation, while teaching the foundational truths about God. Starting with the infant/toddler room, Christ’s love for children is demonstrated by providing a safe and clean environment in which the children can sing and play. 2 and 3 year olds begin learning Bible stories, as well as the concepts of friendship and love. In ages 4, 5, and kindergarten, an emphasis is placed on life application from the biblical truths that includes deeper, relevant Bible teaching, creative dramas, and high-energy NextGeneratN music. In late childhood (1st through 5th grade) children continue to apply the Bible directly to their lives. Each week, volunteer leaders facilitate learning in large group environment so kids will leave NextGeneration knowingGod’s truth (Bible story & key verse), why that truth is important for living today (relevance), and how to apply the truth in their own life (application). These older children are given more in-depth Bible lessons, time to develop a heart for worship, as well as an opportunity to truly respond to beginning a relationship with Jesus.

  

NextGeneratN Kidz is a chance for kids to make good friends with others their age and build a strong foundation for a successful future. Parents receive needed support in this adventure of bringing up great kids. NextGeneratN Kidz provides kids with their own place to connect with other kids, caring adults, and most importantly, God. Coming soon (Kids will earn "LifeCash” which they can spend on cool prizes once a month at the Nextgen Kidz Store)   Your Kids will love NextGen Kidz! Join us this Sunday morning where your kids will have a program just for them. Overview  In NextGeneration, children are taught creative, age-appropriate curriculum. This means that Bible lessons are both developmentally and spiritually appropriate for your child, as well as fun time. Children learn that Jesus loves them and wants to be their best friend.  They also learn how to live a life of faith and obedience to Jesus. Beginning at age 2, children learn in a large group format. During our large group message, children will see and hear the Bible lesson presented in a creative, relevant way. In the large groups, volunteers will lead the children in games, conversations, songs and activities that help kids apply what they have learned to their daily life.
